Surprise! LIGEIA played hockey

Here’s the newest hockey star of our family!

On Saturday, Ligeia participated in the charity “Wives’ Game” for Mindy’s hockey league. Each year, wives, significant others and friends of players in the league (attempt to) play an exciting game of hockey! This year was no different. “Lethal” Ligeia was a force to be reckoned with on the ice, floating around gracefully while allowing her teammates much of the puck-handling glory. All of Ligeia’s teammates had similar hockey prowess – often doing their part to help keep the ice surface clean 🙂

Ligeia’s teammates, “Rock ’em Sock ’em” Jenny & “Deadly” Dawson weren’t lucky enough to have a professional dresser to help them. They had to fend for themselves when it came to figuring out when and where to put things on!

To pretty much everyone’s surprise (and Mindy’s utter astonishment), Ligeia had fun. Who knows? Perhaps there will come a time when Mindy and Ligeia play together on the same team!!
