Ligeia’s final class was today and she spent it enjoying time with her students. She brought in a sombrero and a couple cowboy hats, which as you can see from the picture below were a great hit.
Ligeia also sported an abaya and hijab (traditional women’s clothing from Saudi Arabia).
Her favorite however was dressing as a Saudi prince:
She could get used to this!
She really loved her job and will miss it very much. The cultural exchanges, the laughs, but most of all the people, students and the teachers alike.
She’s also ready for the next chapter and keeps reminding herself that you have to close one door to open another.
