Mindy, Ligeia and Erick celebrated Thanksgiving today by first, sleeping. After some cleaning we all watched the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.

After the parade Mindy set out to do some Thanksgiving cooking:
She made a VERY yummy feast including tofurkey with carrots and parsnips, mac and cheese, 3-bean salad (Ligeia made that one), mashed potatoes, popovers and a very delicious sweet potato pie for dessert.
The rest of the afternoon was spent watching movies: 1) Hereafter and 2) Hanna.
