…would provide a wildlife viewing opportunity,…
…but in Florida they do, especially for the manatees who prefer the warm water of the nuclear power plant to the cold water of the Gulf of Mexico.
There were easily 30 manatees out there!
We were also able to view other animals such as this stingray pretending to be hidden…
…this beautiful pelican…

Later in the afternoon, we took a short hike at the Brooker Creek Preserve.
